I came to APT because of upper and lower back soreness and stiffness, and leg pain. I spent 2020 fighting stage III breast cancer-five months of chemotherapy, surgery, recovery, 1 ½ months of radiation, followed up with 2 weeks of physical therapy to help with the lymphoma. So 12 months later I was cancer free and continue to be so. When I told my doctor I needed help in getting my body back to pre-cancer condition, especially dealing with the stiffness and pain of my joints and muscles, he prescribed physical therapy. APT has helped me to get back on the road to living an active life again. My therapists, Erin and Miles have designed a workout schedule that works and I am seeing progress! They have given me the tools to work with here and on my own. Thank you, APT!!
