I had a wonderful experience at PT. I had hip flexor pain and weak muscles in my legs and core. With the exercises I did here and the routine I was given to do at home, I’ve seen 1–% improvement. I had stopped doing pilates because of my hip pain. Now I am back at pilates with no pain.
