In February of 2021, I had balance problems. I needed teaching poles to walk and hike. The PT with Advantage began in February on zoom. I have been coming into the facility in person since the early summer of 2021. I have improved in the following areas regarding balance- I can stand up from a sitting position on a chair without assistance or having to grab onto an object to pull myself up. I can walk on smooth surfaces without the teaching poles. I can bend over and pick up items on the ground with ease without the need to lean against a wall or furniture. The staff has been friendly & supportive
