I arrived at PT with inexplicable lower back pain. It was both local and general. Nathan treated the whole me. We not only worked out exercises to help strengthen the physical body but we also focused on the mental/emotional patterns that would help keep me consistent with my PT homework lower my anxiety around the pain and ultimately largely resolve the pain and tension in my back. I’m leaving with practical exercises and tools that will not only keep my original symptoms in good health but keep me strong, active, and healthy in the years to come.
