Before PT: I had difficulty doing squats, lunge at the gym. I tried it no weights but the pain was #10. Also, I was unable to do a child’s pose at yoga. My treatment has been a combo of gel injections & PT. I would like to thank Gerry & Advantage staff for continually pushing my strength building exercises one step at a time. I am now hiking, working our practicing yoga & minimal pain, at most a #1 pain. Thank you!
