Hi, my name is Francisca Mitned. When I first come to this place I was in so much pain on my back, when I start doing some exercise on my back. Everybody in here are so friendly. I feel welcome every time I come in. They have me do some, exercises like binding down, twist around, pulling my legs forward and side the exercise really helps me relieve the pain from my back. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends.
