Thank you to Tyler, Miles, and Tara. They worked hard to get my knees moving from knee replacement surgery. I had a short turnaround due to the fact that I had one done in the first week of November 2022 and the other one last week of December 2022. With their help pushing me and me pushing myself, I have been able to get back to golf, hiking, walking within 5 months. I can walk 18 holes with little discomfort. Also, to all, the numbness goes away. Remember to push yourself and do the exercises that are taught to you. It does hurt at the beginning but gets easier and better as you go.
