I came to Advantage with very low mobility. I was 6 weeks post an ankle sprain with significant damage to the surrounding soft tissue. Just days before my first session with Colin, I was using a cane. After a few sessions I was able to go from walking a few steps with pain to being on my feet for several hours with soreness. All I wanted was to gain mobility again and return to normal activity. Colin wanted more for me- to get me stronger than I was before the injury. Four months later, I am leaving physical therapy stronger than ever. I am committed to continuing this journey, to get stronger, and to hopefully prevent future injury!
