I had trouble with my elbow with it getting hurt while passing or blocking during water polo. I played polo for 4 years and I was hurting for 2 years but working on my elbow and going to PT really did help. We did push-ups and other workouts to build muscle. Brian and Stephen were super positive and their vibes were great. Made every moment great.
