Physical Therapist Job in Ventura, CA
At Advantage PT, we believe our mission is to empower people to actively love their life—including every member of our team. We’re hiring for a Physical Therapist job in Ventura, CA, and we’re looking for a clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional one-on-one care while helping patients return to the activities they enjoy most. Practice Physical Therapy the Way You Believe It Should Be
Advantage PT is an established, proactive, physical therapist-owned private practice located just about a mile from the beach in beautiful Ventura, California. Our team specializes in Orthopedics, FYZICAL Balance and Vestibular Rehabilitation, Women’s and Pelvic Health, Industrial and Employment Services, and Integrated Wellness. We believe outstanding results come from combining clinical expertise, individualized treatment, and the time to truly educate every patient throughout their recovery.
You’ll provide extended one-on-one treatment sessions that allow you to deliver manual therapy, corrective exercise, and other clinical technologies while developing personalized treatment plans focused on long-term success. Rather than simply treating symptoms, you’ll help patients regain the ability to actively love their lives through compassionate, evidence-based care that supports lasting results.
Grow Within a Transparent Career Path
We believe your career should continue growing alongside your clinical skills. Our transparent career path creates opportunities to advance from Team Physical Therapist to potential partnership while receiving mentorship and ongoing professional development. You’ll work alongside clinicians who are committed to our core values of being Inspirational, Accountable, Transparent, Disciplined, Aligned, and Results Oriented.
Beyond patient care, you’ll contribute to mentoring teammates and students, collaborating with leadership on clinical programs, participating in community outreach and marketing efforts, and supporting the continued growth of the practice. If you’re someone who enjoys continuous learning, embraces leadership, and believes exceptional patient care and business success go hand in hand, you’ll feel at home with Advantage PT.
If you’re looking for a practice where one-on-one patient care, mentorship, and professional growth are truly valued, we’d be excited to hear from you.
