Everyone in Advantage from day 1 was so welcoming like a fun environment, really fun, welcoming, friendly group of people like great with patients. My first impression from day 1 was just like this is gonna feel like home. You have a wide range of personalities and things to work on so it’s fun like a kind of always changing interesting environment.
I grew a lot in just having more confidence in my ability to connect with people and one thing Advantage is really big on here is people first, condition second and I think school teaches you how to treat the condition but they don’t treat you how to teach the person so I think I learn that here.
If you were looking for that diversity this is a great place to get that also they do specialize kind of that vestibular and also orthopedics
You really develop relationships with your co-workers and feel like part of the team. I had a lot of previous classmates come here have loved it. It’s been amazing, Blayne and Kelan and the team have been so fun to work with, feels like family, feels like home and I highly recommend it to any other students looking to do rotations.
