I could not reach behind my back to put on a jacket. Diagnosed as a bicep strain resulting from 30 years of poor posture working a computer. Thanks to Miles, and Trevor, bit by bit I regained my range of motion. We never gave up, and now after 9 months, my affected left side is actually slightly better than my right side. Reaching for jacket sleeves, showering, and grabbing stuff under cabinets is now pan free- a giant improvement over 9 months ago. Almost hate to graduate… The therapists (Miles, Trevor, etc) and staff (Jacklyn, Maddie, etc) made the months of effort achieve professional results while delivering a postive welcoming experience.
