Ashley, Physical Therapy Assistant
Ashley moved from Mammoth Lakes to Santa Barbara to study cosmetology, but her love for sports caught up with her and she found herself transferring to California State University at Northridge to earn her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. During that time, Ashley also went on to become a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and then completed the Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
Ashley finds that empowering people to actively love their lives is fulfilling because she personally knows the great impact exercise has on her life. She believes that a healthy, active life translates into an elevated life that has great influence on everyone. She considers physical therapy as the foundation for empowering people to actively love their lives and strives to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for her clients that enables them to take control of their journey.
Fun facts about Ashley: She loves weightlifting, snowboarding, running with her dog Bentley, country music, and attending concerts.
