After sustaining a foot injury at home during the pandemic and seeing my doctor, I was referred to Advantage Physical Therapy for treatment. The injury initially limited my mobility, and I was concerned about a bone break or tendon tear. The team at Advantage PT came up with a comprehensive treatment plan to help with stretching, strengthening, and balance for my foot and lower body stability. Holly, Kerin, and Jamison are great to work with- answering any questions, coming up with varied exercises, and making it an enjoyable experience. I am grateful to be fully healed, and now able to resume activities such as yoga, running, and walking without discomfort. Thank you all!
