Before I came here to therapy  I felt pretty good about myself and I felt that I was as good as I was going to get. I was able to do everything with little difficulties. However, as I started getting to it, with Stephen and Ruskin on me about doing my exercises correctly, I began to see and feel progress. Things became easier for me both here at therapy and at home. I feel I have made good progress and I fell better than I did when I first got here, thanks to Stephen and everyone. I had an amazing experience here and got pretty comfortable witht he routine. I’m going to miss it and everyone here. Thank you for everything.
